Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Corner Community Partners runs community programmes across Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
