Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Nest Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Memphis, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
