Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Summit Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
