Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Mill Health is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for clinic supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
