Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
