Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Iron Property Management looks after rental homes across the Louisville area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
