Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cedar Care Services and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for care plans. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
