Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Keystone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Las Vegas, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
