Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Pike Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Las Vegas, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 794 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
