Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Vale Housing and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
