Silverline North Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 857 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
