Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Kansas City area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 613 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
