Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Vista Housing and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
