Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Basin Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
