Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Summit Learning Group Partners is an education provider in Jackson serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
