Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Granite Community Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
