Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Beacon Community Partners Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
