Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Wilder Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Honolulu area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
