Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Redstone North Early Learning and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
