Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind River Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
