Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Iron Property Management is a Grand Rapids property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
