Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Timber Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
