Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
