Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Lantern Learning Group is an education provider in Fresno serving students and families, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
