Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath River Community Partners and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
