Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Detroit, MI)

Summit Fox Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Detroit. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
