Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Maple Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices.
