Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Des Moines serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
