Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Drift Care Services supports families and individuals in Dallas with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
