Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Keystone Civic Services supports public agencies in Colorado Springs with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
