Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Beacon Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent assistance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
