Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fox Early Learning and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
