Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Vale Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
