Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Community Partners Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
