Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Community Partners and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts.
