Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Granite Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
