Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charleston area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
