Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Care Services and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 641 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
