Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Loom Property Management is a Buffalo property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
