What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for clinic supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
