Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Boise area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
