Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Boise, ID)

Nova Union Health is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 601 people based in Boise. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for patient scheduling. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
