Greenridge Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for client records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
