Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across Boise, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Boise. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
