Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Boise, ID)

Nova Lantern Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Boise caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Boise. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
