Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Orchard Health is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for patient scheduling. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
