Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pike Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
