Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
