Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Rook Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 363 people based in Austin. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
