Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Austin, TX)

Stonegate Bridge Civic Services supports public agencies in Austin with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
